Discipleship

We wanted to be led by God's leadership, recognizing the ministry of the Holy Spirit. 

A good start: the letter begins with identification. The apostle Paul puts God in the introduction, and the one who got the believers in touch with Him, Jesus the Christ. He mentions himself by name as well as who was with him, Timothy.

The first article here is drawn from the first letter to the Corinthians from the apostle Paul.

Paul was the missionary who first organized a church in the city of Corinth. He went there with other Christians, led by God to bring the Gospel.

Paul also assumed responsibility to return to them later to help them in their development as a church and individuals.
